An Amazing First Date
Remember the girl from "Number Close Cut short" Well that turned out to be a solid number close. I called her earlier today and left a message saying that the weirdest thing happened to me. When she called back, I told her the LA-Thug story from Tyler Durden. Its the one where you see a guy on the street who flicks you off.
Well, Ulysses gave me some great advice on how to control the frame and what to say. We vibe and I tell her confidently, "I'm going to head over to Starbucks, what are you doing now? " ... " Come with me, I'll be there in 15 minutes, so come with me"
I know it sounds a bit harsh, but if you say it confidently and friendlily like an assertive person, it comes across great. I even did that to my friends girlfriend. Her boyfriend is out of town, but she was looking for someone to get dinner with, so I told her. "Listen, come over here, have dinner with me and we'll eat something. " ..."Its okay, it'll be fine, just come here and lets eat and have some good conversation" and low-and-behold, she came.
But this new girl, shes tall and I really am VERY attracted to her both physically and mentally. She actually talks with me and is very into physics, astronomy and philosophy. We talked about string theory. I told her she is one of few people I know that can sit down and talk about that, and she is a special girl. These are very honest SOIs.
Welllll now I got sooo much, so petty details aside, I did most of the kino, she didn't respond back except by leaning into me. I think she is avoiding being very receptive at first, perhaps my game isn't good enough to get her super into me fast. But I ended the date with kissing her cheek and she told me "Definitely call me and we'll finish watching that movie" Oh we were watching The Elegant Universe documentary, I put my arm around her and she leaned into me.
Ohh also, we met up at Starbucks, but then I asked her to come with me to Coffee Bean... Compliance test! After coffee bean, I say we should look for a book store (venue change) as we had conversations about great books but since they are closed, she says she is hungry so I say "Hey I got these fresh, ripe avocado's at my place, you definitely need to try that" So that means we didn't have to deal with an awkward bill to pay haha. The avocado's were fantastic.
Okay, I don't mean for this entry to be so jumpy like a rough draft, but I have SOOO much fucking work, I gotta end it here. Suffice to say that I don't find many girls who are as smart as her, so I am into her. I hope this works out, otherwise, back to the lab again.
